(Reuters) - Britain's Segro has acquired three fully leasedlogistics warehouses in the Netherlands for 222 million euros ($237.4 million), the warehousing group said on Thursday.
The acquired assets, totalling 172,300 square metres, have a blended topped-up net initial yield of 4.6%, the UK-based REIT said in a statement.
