Information on share capital

The share capital of SECO S.p.A. subscribed and fully paid-in amounts to Euro 1,296,944.48 and it is divided into 132,976,117 shares without indication of relevant par value, of which:

• 132,972,617 ordinary shares that are traded on Euronext STAR Milan, a market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., each of which gives right to no. 1 vote at the Meeting, except for no. 65,937,376 shares for which the enhanced right has been obtained pursuant to the Articles of Association of SECO;
• 2,500 shares Management '20 share, with no voting rights;
• 1,000 shares Management Performance Share, with no voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights that can be exercised at the Meeting is no. 198,909,993.

As of today, the Company does not hold any treasury shares.
