SE Holdings and Incubations Co., Ltd. (TSE:9478) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 350,000 shares, representing 1.63% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for ¥77 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out agile management in response to changes in economic conditions.
The program will run until June 22, 2022. As of April 30, 2022, the company had 21,523,397 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 1,960,829 shares in treasury.
