Joon-Young Park signed a contract to acquire 2.57% stake in SDN Company Limited (KOSE:A099220) from Ki-Hyuk Choi for KRW 4 billion on December 28, 2012. Joon-Young Park will acquire 0.5 million shares. Payment of KRW 3 billion will be made on February 8, 2013 and KRW 1 billion will be paid within a month after the extra ordinary shareholders meeting. The meeting of shareholders of SDN Company Limited is scheduled for February 8, 2013 and the transaction is expected to close on February 8, 2013.
As of February 8, 2013, the date of extra ordinary shareholders meeting and the expected closing date of the transaction are under discussion.

SDN Company., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the solar business and engine and shipbuilding business. The Company operates its business through two divisions: solar division and engine and shipbuilding division. Its solar division is engaged in the manufacture of solar panels, hetero-junction with intrinsic thin layer (HIT) modules, trackers, switchboards, monitoring and control systems, and the engineering of solar power plants. Its engine and shipbuilding business division provides four-stroke outboard motors and related components, which are used in fishing and leisure boats.
