Schwager Energy S.A. (SNSE:SCHWAGER) signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 40% stake in Schwager Service S.A. from Sociedad de Inversiones y Asesorías Invaos Limitada on October 1, 2020. Upon completion, Schwager Energy S.A. becomes the owner or controller of all the shares issued by Schwager Service S.A. South Andes Capital Asesorias Financieras Spa acted as financial advisor for Schwager Energy S.A.
