Impax New Energy Investors II, L.P., managed by Impax Asset Management Limited signed an agreement to acquire 9MW portfolio of operating solar photovoltaic plants in Italy from Scatec Solar AS on January 18, 2012. Watson Farley & Williams acted as the legal advisor to Impax Asset Management Limited. Gay Collins of MHP Communications acted as the public relations advisor to Scatec Solar AS.
