On May 17, 2021, SC Engineering Co., Ltd (KOSE:A023960) closed the transaction. The company issued bonds and received KRW 11,000,000,000 in its final tranche. The company received KRW 20,000,740,000 in the transaction.
SC Engineering Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of process equipment (PE) which are used in petro chemistry, oil refining, gas and power plants. The Company provides engineering services including engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) for precision chemical, biochemical, pharmaceuticals manufacturing, and food plants. Through its subsidiaries, SEWON CELLONTECH CO., LTD, SEWON CELLONTECH HYDRAULIC (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD., and RMS INNOVATIONS (U.K) LIMITED, the Company also involves in the production of chemical plant PE, including pressure vessels, reactors and columns; oil hydraulic equipment, including pumps, valves and cylinders; cell therapies, bio collagens, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
