Savills : Market Chambers fully let as three move in, Peterborough

On behalf of Fitzwilliam (Peterborough) Properties, international real estate advisor Savills has let the last three remaining office suites at Market Chambers on Cathedral Square, Peterborough to Learndirect Ltd, Exams Ltd and The Best Connection Group Ltd respectively.

Learndirect, the children's learning and development company, has agreed to a new five-year lease for Suite B on the second floor, which totals 1,959 sq ft (181 sq m). The Best Connection Group has also agreed to a five-year lease on 1,733 sq ft (161 sq m) and will occupy Suite B on the first floor. Exams Ltd has agreed to a new four-year lease for Suite A on the first floor of the building totalling 1,700 sq ft (157 sq m).

Edward Gee of the business space agency team at Savills, comments: 'Market Chambers offers good quality refurbished office space in an excellent location in the heart of Peterborough city centre. We are very pleased to have let this space and to have the building fully occupied.'
