Laneway Resources Limited - Change of Name and ASX Code

On 30 September 2022, Laneway Resources Limited (Company) (ASX:LNY) advised that a special resolution had been passed by Shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting to change the name of the Company to Savannah Goldfields Limited.

The Company is pleased to announce that the change of name process has been completed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. Attached is the ASIC certificate for the name change. This change will take effect on the ASX from commencement of trading on Wednesday, 19 October 2022 - at which time the ASX code will migrate from LNY to SVG.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 15.4, please find attached a copy of the Company's Constitution updated for the change of name. This announcement was authorised for release by the Company Secretary.

Savannah Goldfields Limited is an Australia-based gold explorer and producer, resource development and mining company. The Companyâs projects primarily target gold in Queensland along with an interest in a coking coal resource project in Northern New South Wales. The Company maintains a 60% interest in Ashford Coking Coal. The Company's Agate Creek Gold Project is located 70 kilometers (km) south of Georgetown and 60km west of the Kidston deposit in North Queensland, covering over 1,034 square kilometers (km2). The Company also holds the Georgetown Project, which includes an extensive package of tenements including 132 Exploration Permits and 17 Mining Leases. The NZ Gold Project is located in the North Island of New Zealand within the Hauraki Goldfield. The Project comprises granted exploration permit EP54216 (100% Laneway) covering 58 km2 and adjacent to three +1 Moz Gold resources, the primary target is Au-Ag bonanza style epithermal veins.
