Sanli Environmental Limited announced that Ms. Elaine Beh Pur-Lin decided not to seek re-election and is retiring as an Independent Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 September 2020, as well as relinquish her position as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
