Samebest Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 385.714 million compared to TWD 452.120 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 58.324 million compared to TWD 152.867 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 37.387 million compared to TWD 103.804 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.03 compared to TWD 2.75 a year ago. For the nine months, total revenue was TWD 1,125.486 million compared to TWD 1,212.766 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 175.632 million compared to TWD 421.687 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 80.405 million compared to TWD 293.794 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.21 compared to TWD 7.78 a year ago.
Samebest Co., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the provision of digital learning products. The Company mainly operates through two segments. The Digital Learning Content products segment mainly researches, produces and sells the K-12 digital learning products for kindergarten, primary school, middle school and high school, products include Yixueyuan, Shengxuewang, Xiaoxuewang and other series of products; the Brand Agency and Authorization segment mainly involves in the agent of cartoon images and other brands, and authorizes to other manufacturers to manufacture goods or hold activities, among others.
