Jae-Ha Lee acquired additional 3.1% stake in SAMBO MOTOS Co,.Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A053700) from Jung-Moon Park for KRW 2.9 billion on October 20, 2014. Jae-Ha Lee acquired 0.3 million shares of SAMBO MOTOS at KRW 9690 per share. In a related transaction, Jae-Ha Lee acquired an additional 4.65% stake in SAMBO MOTOS Co,.Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A053700) from Hyun-Joo Baek for KRW 4.5 billion on October 20, 2014.

SAMBO MOTORS CO., LTD is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of automobile components together with its subsidiaries.
