Saita Corporation (FKSE:1999) agreed to acquire an additional 22.20% stake in Asakura Fresh Concrete Co., Ltd. from Toshihiko Hano on June 24, 2024. Upon completion, Saita Corporation will own 71% stake in Asakura Fresh Concrete Co., Ltd. The expected completion of the transaction is June 30, 2024.
