Guizhou Water Conservancy Investment (Group) Co.,Ltd. entered into an equity transfer agreement to acquire 4.33% stake in Guizhou Water Conservancy Co., Ltd from SafBon Water Service (Holding) Inc.,Shanghai (SZSE:300262) for CNY 78 million on October 16, 2020. SafBon Water Service (Holding) Inc.,Shanghai has received the full share transfer payment from Guizhou Water Investment. Before the transaction, Guizhou Water Conservancy Investment held 61.91% stake in Guizhou Water Conservancy and SafBon Water Service held 4.33% shares in Guizhou Water Conservancy. As of June 30, 2020, Guizhou Water Conservancy Co., Ltd reported total asset of CNY 3.4 billion and net asset of CNY 1.3 billion. The transaction is approved by the board of SafBon Water Service (Holding) Inc.,Shanghai.
Safbon Water Service (Holding) Inc.,Shanghai is principally engaged in industrial water treatment, municipal water treatment, as well as solid waste treatment, among others. The Company uses its self-developed condensate polishing, microfiltration deposition, sludge drying, natural gas regulator station systems and other technologies to provide customers with one-stop solution services. Its services include technical design, engineering design, technical implementation, system integration, system installation, commissioning, as well as operation service hosting, among others.
