Rtica Corporation is engaged in the commercialization of technology and productivity processes that convert 100% recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastics into insulation products. The Company is engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of Rbuds, a brand of thermal and acoustical insulation created for home and light commercial applications. Rbuds are made from 100% post consumer recycled beverage bottles. It also manufactures RTICA, which belongs to a category of insulation characterized by the composition of its mass, fine fibers entangled to form a resilient, wool-like fibrous loft. RTICA insulation is made from 100% recycled PET. Commercially, RTICA is available in limited distribution to professional installation contractors in the Eastern United States. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include RTICA Inc., Inzeco Overseas Limited and RTICA Environmental Systems Limited.
