Prakash Maheshwari Co-Opts as an Additional Director and to Be Designate as Executive Director of RSWM Ltd, Effective April 01, 2015

RSWM Ltd. has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on March 27, 2015, subject to approval of members at General Meeting, have co-opted Shri Prakash Maheshwari on the Board of Directors as an additional Director with effect from April 01, 2015. Shri Prakash Maheshwari will be designated as Executive Director with effect from April 01, 2015.
