RSUPPORT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A131370) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase KRW 2,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with Samsung Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will expire on January 3, 2023.
As of July 3, 2022, the company had 1,126,008 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
RSUPPORT Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the production and provision of remote support services and remote support software. The Companyâs products mainly consist of remote calls, remote view, remote wake on lan (WOL), remote application programming interface (API) and liteCam high definition (HD).
