Roshow Technology Approves the Election of Independent Directors and Non- Independent Directors

Roshow Technology approved the election of Lu Yong, Li Xiaoqian, Shen Dongchu and Wu Shaoying as non-independent directors and Chen Yinhua, Jiang Yinhua, and Shu Jian as independent directors in its 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of 2018 to be held on January 25, 2018.
