UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS

FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2020

The board of directors (the "Board") of Road King Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") announces that the sales of the Group (including the Company together with its subsidiaries and joint venture companies) for the six months ended 30 June 2020 was about RMB21,285 million comprising property sales of RMB20,448 million and toll revenue of expressway projects of RMB837 million, representing a decrease of about 7% from RMB22,030 million and about 48% from RMB1,596 million for the same period of last year, respectively.

The property sales for the six months ended 30 June 2020 comprised contracted sales of RMB18,328 million and outstanding subscribed sales of RMB2,120 million. The average daily traffic volume of the expressway projects was 268,000 vehicles.

The decrease in toll revenue of expressway projects as compared to the first half of last year was mainly due to the extension of 9 days toll free period after the Chinese New Year holidays and the suspension of toll collection from 17 February to 5 May this year due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic.

The figures disclosed above are unaudited and are based on the preliminary information of the Group. They may differ from figures to be disclosed in the interim report to be published by the Company on a half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collating such information.
