Manrakuan Co., Ltd concluded a share transfer contract to acquire Japan Gateway Co., Ltd from RIZAP GROUP, Inc. (SPSE:2928) on January 25, 2019. Under the terms, Manrakuan acquired 2.3 million shares of Japan Gateway. Post-acquisition, Japan Gateway becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Manrakuan. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of RIZAP GROUP at the meeting held on January 25, 2019.
