Ringer Hut Co.,Ltd. (TSE:8200) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 600,000 shares, representing 2.41% of the outstanding shares for ¥1,600 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until February 28, 2019. As of February 28, 2018, the company had 24,880,253 shares outstanding and 1,187,719 shares in treasury.

The Company operates through three business segments. The Tonkatsu segment is engaged in expansion of the chain as a specialty store of Tonkatsu, manufacture and sale of pickles used and sold at the store.
