Tennessee Renewable Group LLC acquired Tennessee methane facility assets located at Carter Valley from Tengasco, Inc. (AMEX:TGC) and Manufactured Methane Corp. for $2.7 million on January 26, 2018. Under the transaction, Tennessee Renewable Group acquired all of the methane facility gas treatment facilities and electricity generation facilities located at the Carter Valley along with all related supply contracts and sales agreements. Tengasco intends to utilize the proceeds of the sale for general corporate purposes.

The San Andres Formation is a shelf margin deposit composed of dolomitized carbonates. Its acreage is primarily located on large contiguous blocks in Yoakum County, Texas, which represents its Champions Field and Eddy County, New Mexico.
