REV Group, Inc. Announces Resignation of Kim Marvin as Director

REV Group, Inc. announced at its annual meeting of stockholders to be held on March 4, 2020, Mr. Kim Marvin does not intend to stand for re-election at the Annual Meeting and will step down as a director at the end of his term upon the election of his replacement as a director at the Annual Meeting.
