The Company holds an option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in two mineral claims called the Sylvest Property, located in the Omineca Mining Division of the Province of British Columbia, and covers an area of approximately 3,409.04 hectares. The property is situated within north central British Columbia on Sylvester Creek to the north of Chuchi Lake. The property is also approximately 91 kilometers (km) north of the town of Fort St James, 178 km northwest of the city of Prince George, and 21 km northwest of the Mount Milligan Mine. The claim area is approximately 9.5 km oriented in an east west direction and 3.7 km in the north-south direction.
