Repower : 12-18-15 - Swisspower Energy and Repower looking into cooperation

Joint news release issued by Swisspower Energy AG and Repower AG

Swisspower Energy AG and Repower AG have announced their intention of looking into in-depth collaboration. They have agreed to conduct discussions to this end in the next few weeks. The aim is to combine their strengths in market development, new product development and innovation, and generate cost synergies. The two partners have made it their goal to complete the discussions, which are now ongoing, towards the end of the first quarter of 2016.

They are looking into cooperation in view of the fact that changing customer needs, the energy transition and the development of technology are opening up new market opportunities for Swiss energy companies.
