The Company holds a 100% interest in approximately 300 claims consisting approximately 12,600 acres located in the Mayo and Dawson Mining Districts, Yukon Territory, which makes up the Red Mountain Property. The Red Mountain Property is situated in the Tintina Gold Belt of the Yukon and is engaged in the exploration for gold mineralization. For Oil and Gas Lease, United States the Company entered into a letter of intent and development agreement to acquire the rights to drill certain development oil wells on acreage in Northern Louisiana.
