Business Summary

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of integrated circuits (ICs). The Company's products portfolio consists of communications network ICs, including Ethernet controllers, gateway controllers, network interface controller chips, switch controllers, wireless local area network (WLAN) chips and others; computer peripheral ICs, including personal computer (PC) audio compression/decompression modules (CODECs), consumer audio CODECs, card reader controllers and clock generator chipsets, as well as multimedia ICs, including digital video playing chips, network media chips and integrated flash memory micro processing controllers. Its products are applied in network cards, switches, gateways, routers, computers, mobile phones, digital cameras and televisions. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
