Raya Contact Center (S.A.E) signed an agreement to acquire 85% majority stake in Gulf Customer Experience from Rami Sweis for $14.3 million.

Raya Contact Center (S.A.E) (CASE:RACC) signed an agreement to acquire 85% majority stake in Gulf Customer Experience from Rami Sweis for $14.3 million on July 11, 2021. As per the transaction, Raya Contact Center will acquire 0.34 million shares. The Board of Directors of Raya Contact Center has approved the transaction.
