RadTek Co., LTD entered into a definitive agreement to acquire RadTek, Inc. (OTCBB:RDTK) in a reverse merger transaction on November 26, 2013. RadTek, Inc. issued 95 million common shares to the shareholders of RadTek, Co. Ltd., representing 94% of the outstanding shares of RadTek, Inc. (excluding treasury stock of 55.375 million shares). RadTek, Co. Ltd. is treated as the accounting acquirer. J.M. Walker & Associates acted as advisor in the deal. Sang Don Kim acted as the agent and coounsel to shareholders of RadTek Co., LTD.

RadTek Co., LTD completed the acquisition of RadTek, Inc. (OTCBB:RDTK) in a reverse merger transaction on November 26, 2013.
