The Claro Group made an offer to acquire the remaining 45% stake in Quemchi S.A. (SNSE:QUEMCHI) from Jaime Claro Valdes, Alfonso Swett and Patricio Garcia Dominguez and other shareholders for $60 million on April 25, 2012. Patricio Garcia Dominguez holds 10.47% stake, Alfonso Swett holds 10.09% and Jaime Claro holds 7.36% stake in Quemchi S.A. The offer will be launched on April 25, 2012.
