Quality Houses Hotel and Residence Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund and a specific property fund. The primary objective of the Fundâs capital management is to maintain an appropriate capital structure in order to provide returns for unitholders in accordance with the Fundâs establishment objective.
