QPL International Holdings Limited Appoints Chan Kin Fung, Phil as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of QPL International Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Chan Kin Fung, Phil was appointed as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee of the company with effect from 24 October 2013. Mr. Chan, aged 50, an investment banker and a lawyer, is the chief executive officer of Wallbanck Brothers Securities (Hong Kong) Limited.
