Qingdao Guolin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will raise CNY 49,999,500 in its equity round of funding on August 1, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investors Qingdao Guolin Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.,Beijing Integrated Circuit Equipment Industry Investment M&A Fund (L.P.),a fund managed by Beijing Nuohua Capital Investment Management Co., Ltd.,Qingdao Jiasheng Zhonghe Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership),Qingdao Shubeiyin Industry Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Qingdao Haishenghui Investment Development Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved in the 23rd Meeting of the Company?s 4th Directorate and the 19th Meeting of the 4th Supervisory Board.
Qingdao Guolin Technology Group Co Ltd, formerly Qingdao Guolin Environmental Technology Co Ltd, is a China-based company mainly engaged in ozone generation mechanism research, ozone equipment design and manufacture, ozone application engineering design, as well as the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of ozone system equipment. The Company's main products include large, medium and small ozone generators and ancillary equipment.
