QCP VI Project PEF, fund managed by Q Capital Partners Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A016600) agreed to acquire 43.96% stake in Taihan Fiberoptics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A010170) from Yun- seok Sul and Dae Chung Co Ltd. for KRW 27.2 billion on November 21, 2012. Yun- seok Sul will sell 4.65 million shares and Dae Chung will sell 8.86 million shares. The transaction shall be funded through own funds. The transaction is expected to complete by the end of November 2012.
QCP VI Project PEF, fund managed by Q Capital Partners Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A016600) completed the acquisition of 43.96% stake in Taihan Fiberoptics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A010170) from Yun- seok Sul and Dae Chung Co Ltd. on November 27, 2012. The balance payment was completed on November 27, 2012 which is earlier than the original plan of November 30, 2012.
