On June 14, 2024 at 16:00, the sale of Punktid Technologies AS (hereinafter Punktid) own shares (Punktid Technologies AS shares, ISIN EE3100089160, hereinafter shares) ended.

Investors were publicly offered the opportunity to acquire up to 100,000 shares over the counter. As a result of organizing the sale of shares, a total of 76 848 shares were purchased, and Punktid thereby raised 38 424 euros.

"We would like to thank all the shareholders who have decided to contribute to the development of the Punktid group. Compared to the over-the-counter sale of shares organized last year, 219% more shares were bought this time (24,118 shares were bought in 2023). "We are very pleased to see that the interest in our company is still sustained. I believe that soon those who decided to remain on the sidelines in the process of buying shares this time, will join us soon. As we noted in our recent news*, two new key C-level executives have also joined us. The new experienced executives and the raised funds will certainly help us gain even more momentum and enthusiasm."

The amount of 38 424 euros is planned to be used mainly for development and expansion:

• We plan to bring back the long-awaited bonus system for loyal customers and continue expanding, moving further into the Spanish market. In order to expand to the Spanish market, it is necessary to make technical preparations and translation works, and it is also necessary to add local payment methods.
• We plan to continue development activities to provide users of the Punktid sales platform with new features and to improve the user experience, which is expected to increase sales as well.
• Ensuring general liquidity for the future and covering expenses related to First North's tradable status on the alternative market.
• Strengthening the position in the already open German market and increasing sales.
