On December 20, 2013 the Board of Directors of Chelyabinsk Tube-Rolling Plant OAO (ChTPZ, Chelyabinsk region) decided to early terminate powers of Andrey Chaykov as a member of the Management Board. The BoD elected Yevgeniy Lapshin and Denis Prikhodko as members of the Management Board.

The Company's principal activities include the production and distribution of pipes and pipe products for the oil and gas industry.
