PTT Public Company Limited Announces Retirement of Nuttachat Charuchinda, Director and the Member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee from the Directorship, Effective January 17, 2020

PTT Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Nuttachat Charuchinda, a Director and the Member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee, has retired from the directorship of company due to his completion of sixty five years of age, in compliance with the company's Regulation on State Enterprise Directors' Qualification, effective from January 17, 2020 onwards.
