Pt.IBJ Verena Finance announced that it expect to receive IDR 66 billion in funding from PT Verena Multi Finance Tbk and IBJ Leasing Company, Limited.

Pt.IBJ Verena Finance announced that it will receive IDR 66 billion in funding on May 24, 2013. The company will issue equity securities in the transaction. The round will include participation from existing investors, PT Verena Multi Finance Tbk and IBJ Leasing Company, Limited which will invest IDR 61 billion and IDR 5 billion respectively.

PT Verena Multi Finance Tbk and IBJ Leasing Company, Limited currently hold 80% and 20% stake in the company. The capital of the company will increase from IDR 100 billion to IDR 166 billion upon closing. The board of IBJ Leasing Company, Limited approved the transaction.

The scheduled closing date will be in Mid-June 2013.
