Protecta S.A. Compañía de Seguros announced that it expects to receive PEN 45.1 million in funding from Inversiones Security Perú S.A.C., Grupo ACP Inversiones y Desarrollo

Protecta S.A. Compañía de Segurosd announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of PEN 45,100,000 on November 20, 2018. The transaction will include participation from existing investors Inversiones Security Perú S.A.C. for PEN 27,500,000 and Grupo ACP Inversiones y Desarrollo for PEN 17,600,000. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
