The Chairman of the Board of ProfilGruppen, Klaus Jürgen Wiemers, has notified the rest of the board and the nomination committee of his intention to resign from ProfilGruppen's Board at his own request. He will leave the Board and the assignment as Chairman on 30 October 2022. A new Chairman will be elected at an extraordinary general meeting on October 31.
Klaus has been Chairman of the Board since April 2022 and the rest of the Board and management thank him for his good efforts.
