ProAm Explorations Corporation announced the start of permitting for the drilling of their Jet and Blue mineral claims 25 kilometers south of Wendover, Nevada. These claims, totalling 640 acres (259 ha.), have returned 0.92% Copper (Cu), 0.005% Zinc (Zn), 0.79% Lead (Pb), 11.06% Barite (Ba), 32.46% Fluorite (F) and 2.00 oz. (56.7 grams) Silver (Ag) in sampling of a former quarry pit floor in the Blue #29 claim and its waste dumps. The property is accessible from Highway 93A; thence by roads/trails leading to the drill site which can be considered as brownfield exploration, facilitating the permitting process. The original exploration of this site is believed to have occurred in the 1920s. New sampling of rhyolite dykes, stocks and plugs in the area are highly anomalous in Cu - 172.9 ppm, Zn - 76.3 ppm, Pb - 54.9 ppm, Ba - 1133 ppm, F - 1150 ppm, and Ag - 88 ppb and are believed to be the sources of mineralization under the quarry pit floor. In 2017 a gravity survey over the quarry outlined a significant excess of mass, which can be attributed to the presence of the Cu, Zn, Pb, Ba, F, and Ag mineralization below the surface. The objective of this drill program is to test the gravity high which infers potential mineralization well below the historic outcroppings. Further announcements will be made on commencement of drilling and the results of this program.
