 Cash dividend. The Board of Yue Yuen has resolved to declare an
 interim dividend of HKD0.4 per share for the six months ended
 2022/06/30.
3.Any other matters that need to be specified:
 (1)For the six months ended 2022/06/30, Yue Yuen's revenue, profit
    attributable to owners of the Company, and the basic earnings
    per share were USD4,709.8 million, USD175.0 million and
    USD10.87 cents, respectively.
 (2)Yue Yuen's interim dividend for the six months ended 2022/06/30
    shall be paid on 2022/10/06.
