Polymechplast Machines Limited announced that it has received INR 50.02061 million in funding from Yesha Electricals Private Limited and other investors

On October 9, 2021, Polymechplast Machines Limited closed the transaction. As a part of the transaction, new investors Vivan Patel, Reshma Patel and Yesha Electricals Private Limited acquired 1.4633%, 1.9023%, and 9.3701% stake in the company, respectively, and the stake of returning investor Suresh Hirabhai Patel HUF's increased from 0.091% to 1.9991%. Post closing, the paid up equity share capital of the company increased to INR 56,017,100 comprising 5,601,710 equity shares of INR10 each.
