Whitebark Energy Limited (ASX:WBE) through Salt Bush Energy Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire an additional 10% working interest in Wizard Lake Rex Well in Alberta from Point Loma Resources Ltd. (TSXV:PLX) on December 24, 2018. Prior to the transaction, Whitebark Energy Limited held 20% stake and after the transaction, Whitebark Energy Limited will hold 30% stake in Wizard lake rex well in Alberta.
