Ginger Oil AB (OM:GOIL) agreed to acquire substantially all assets of US Energy Group AB (XSAT:USE B) for SEK 2.6 million on May 25, 2016. 9.23 shares in MedClair entitled to receive 1 share in Ginger Oil. A new company, Nyab will contain all these assets. Payment for acquisition of Nyab will take place with Ginger Oil's own shares through offset issue to value of SEK 7.5 per share.
