The Company's principal business activities include automobile distribution and retailing of the Volkswagen and Ford franchises and provision of related support services, property development, and timber plantation. The Company's subsidiaries include Capital Intertrade Sdn. Bhd., Cergaz Autohaus Sdn. Bhd., Cergazam Sdn. Bhd., Genbayu Gemilang Sdn. Bhd., Hardie Development Sdn. Bhd., Iconworld Resources Sdn.
