Subject: Notification of the Resignation of Independent Director and the Audit Committee

Peerapat Technology Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform that Mrs. Jitwatana Jaruwatanachai has resigned from the position of Independent Director and the members of the Audit Committee due to personal reasons, effective from June 1, 2022 onwards.

As a result of this resignation, there are less than 3 members of the Audit Committee, which is not in accordance with the criteria of the Securities and Exchange Commission. In the meantime, the Board of Directors of the Company is in the process of recruiting a qualified person to replace such position to where the Company will further notify.
