ANNOUNCEMENT ON

RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ("EGM")

PEC Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to inform that at the EGM of the Company held on 27 October 2021, on a poll vote, all ordinary resolutions set out in the Notice of EGM were duly passed by the Company's shareholders.

1. Poll Results
   Pursuant to Rule 704(16) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST"), the voting of the following resolutions were conducted by way of poll and the results were as follows:-

2. 1. Ms Edna Ko Poh Thim, who holds 35,505,844 shares, abstained from voting on Ordinary Resolution 1 in respect of the EK Award.
   2. Ms Edna Ko Poh Thim, who holds 35,505,844 shares, abstained from voting on Ordinary Resolution 2 in respect of the RD Award.
   3. Mr Robert Dompeling, who holds 1,725,844 shares, abstained from voting on Ordinary Resolution 1 in respect of the EK Award.
   4. Mr Robert Dompeling, who holds 1,725,844 shares, abstained from voting on Ordinary Resolution 2 in respect of the RD Award.
3. Scrutineer
   Agile 8 Advisory Pte. Ltd. was appointed as the Company's scrutineer.
