Paul Merchants Limited Announces Resignation of Sat Paul Bansal as Director and Chairman Cum Managing Director, Effective August 31, 2020

Paul Merchants Limited at its board meeting held on August 18, 2020 approved the resignation of Sh. Sat paul Bansal from the position of Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company with effect from August 31, 2020. He shall also cease to be Director of the Company effective August 31, 2020.
