PATTERSON VETERINARY ANNOUNCES ENHANCEMENTS TO PATTERSONVET.COM
January 28, 2014 (Devens, MA) - Patterson Veterinary announces several enhancements to its website, pattersonvet.com, in the form of additional features, increased flexibility and augmented capabilities.
Most importantly, customers can now make secure online payments by credit card or debits from their checking account with wide flexibility, from paying a previous statement or current account balance to selecting particular invoices or specifying a dollar amount to pay.
Areas of improved functionality also extend to building, administering and assigning formularies for "ship-to" locations. Once a primary list of formulary items is developed, ship to (or sub accounts) can be assigned to the list of pre-selected items. Order review parameters can then be established for each sub account, based on the desired level of involvement by a hospital administrator in reviewing and approving orders for processing.
As veterinary professionals incorporate this current wave of pattersonvet.com enhancements into their daily routines, efforts to build on current features and functionality are continuing full speed ahead, according to Patterson Veterinary President George Henriques. Other account management services that have been enriched since the newly designed pattersonvet.com launched in January 2013 include a consolidated login feature allowing a "bill to" account to shop, order, view account information and manage website access for multiple "ship to" account locations through one login.
